hello,

I have recently bought a 90 240sx fastback, and I am going to buy the TEIN S-Tech for 123.50 shipped, also the KYB AGX for 370.00 shipped. I think this is best price that I have found so far. I would appreciate any input by anyone.

Thank you

coximport.com for the KYB and jaydm.com for the springs, on the coximport site click on the right side where it says "KYB AGX/Eibach Springs" that is where all four are located together.

I hate to bust your bubble but I tried to order those springs from Jaydm and I got a note back that said...

im sorry, our TEIN stech springs page is wrong... the price for the springs is $170 shipped...

thanksJayDMJohn

Makes me wonder about the Coximports deal, which I'm also counting on... has anyone ordered from there yet ? Or is there a better deal than $370 shipped ?

Yes, I had the same reply from Jaydm.com so I just went with options and got them for 172.00 shipped. As for coximport.com I ordered mine and they arrived a week later and install went just fine. Also I purchased the shock bellows from tirerack I suggest you get the 2 fronts and 2 rears a good investment.

I think I'm going to order the Tein's from Enjukuracing.com, I think it'll be $165 shipped to me.

If you have all that stuff installed, what are your impressions ? How's the ride quality / comfort ? And of course... how's the handling ??

Well, consindering that all four shocks were blown when I bought the car the ride is much better. Before it felt like you were riding in a boat but now even with back set a 6 and the front a 3 the ride is very smooth and as far as road noise it is much like my 2000 civic Si, which has no modification. After removing my heat shields which were vibrating I have not noticed any more vibrations. Considering my car is 90 SE it runs great, besides the clutch but what do you expect from trying to learn how to drift.

Do the tein springs drop more than the eibach prokits? And which has better performance?
