LOL - ok, I figured that was your position. All this forced American purchasing is getting us nowhere. America needs to bring it or GTFO. All things being equal I say buy American. Most of the time, all things aren't equal. The more force the market has to lead folks to buy America, the sloppier American products will get. There was a time when American meant quality. Market manipulation was not the reason.

It's an interesting case. I doubt the Supreme Court is going to require you getting Nissan's approval just to sell your 20 yr old 240sx, but I could see more redtape/restrictions coming for how many items an individual can have shipped to themselves in the US from other countries for the purpose of resale.
