In case the crappy video quality fooled you, what you saw was the speedometer moving while I was revving the car in a stationary position.

while im completely stumped as to how this could happen, try pulling the speed sensor out, and crank the car up for a few seconds to see if it still does it. youll prolly spray transmission fluid around a bit, so dont do it in the kitchen, on new porcelain tile, etc. lol
