Ok guys. This question may be covered somewhere in here but I have a twist. Im going to go sr20det in 92 or 92 hatch. Im probably going to get the disco potato and fuel (550cc injectors, fuel pump). Im wondering which supporting mods do you think are most important for about 2500, as that is my budget for supporting mods. Im thinking: Full exaust (downpipe-back back) 800, cams 500, clutch, flywheel, short throw, sticky tires. There gonna put an LSD in when they do the swap so I will have equal traction. Thoughts?

this is a KAT forum not SR. Unless you have suspension and brakes done, those should be your supporting mods.

since its in the SR forum now. im gonna say to get the 2871R instead of GT28RS. Same price with the 2871R putting out better power and better spool. Exhaust, go turbo back. The stock elbow is very restrictive on larger turbos. 650 or 740cc injectors are better for the power. 264 Cams are a decent match for the turbo. Get an Exedy Hyper Single Clutch or something similar. Ive got an ACT Street/Strip and it slips under numerous runs. Exedy Hyper Single comes with the a lightened flywheel. Clutch Type LSD instead of VLSD. Much better locking ability for best grip or slip. Ive got a B&M Shifter which is notchy but its short. Id like to try a Nismo Solid shifter or original C's shifter. Yea and dont forget the ECU tune and Z32 MAF. The **** gets expensive quick.
