It's best to "find" a cart and then try riding it down a really big hill...great way to get hurt, I cant recommend it enough!

Freestyle shopping cart action rules. It's kinda like Bike flatland. Yes I drift the carts around in the store. Even before I knew what drifting was, so know I have a name I can call it. :batman

I used to do that when I was younger, but I do it at Home Depot now, with a few hundred pounds of concrete in the cart, after a few flipped carts and concrete everywhere, you get the hang of it. :)

Oh yeah, I drift the shopping cart. I did it ever since I was a kid. I like the buzzing/honking noise the wheels make when they skid on the tile of the store. I've put people in the cart and did it too. Now that's fun!

there's a supermarket near me and there is this one section where there is this big open area with like little islands with frozen foods in the middle that span the whole area. Its perfect for practicing my slalom drifting, and if i get another person with me we do syncronized.:D

I bet a tv show based on illegal shopping cart drifters would draw some killer ratings.

Think I'm gonna go to Fox and pitch the idea to them.

What do you think?

shopping cart drifting rocks, and its a lot easier at IKEA, where they have carts with 4 wheel steering! Man can those suckers get sideways... it blows the mind!

oh man i thought we were talking about drifting a 90s civic hatch with a wing on it (shopping cart drifting), was wondering how exactly that worked but.....

i do shoppingcart "power oversteer" method , go around the asile , and just before straigten out ill give her hell and go full lock on the handlebars , ive rolled 2 shopping carts so far and one in the parkinglot , ironnicly into a tree , only casualite so far has been a box of captain crunch ,

but the real question is who here has the highest verified top speed of a shoppingcart ? ive got 55mph here (buddy leaned out window of my old lebaron as we towed it up to terminal velicity , it hit a cement island and did 5 end over end flips (lucky there was nothing in the lot but us and the cart and some rent a cop in a 1 adam golf cart . which by the way was easy to outrun...

HahahaI love shopping cart drifting. It is the only reason I actually go to the store. I don't wanna buy anything, I just want to drift.

LOL i have always drifted the supermarket cart, even when i was like 12 and didnt have a clue what drifting even is. the best way to steer those things around the tight turns is always sliding the rear end. And i'd get mad at slow cart drivers too. I'd just honk, pass them, flip them off. Wait...are we still talking about carts?

Wow, I remember going into a Costco and doing that. I imagined that they were watching me through the security cameras, realizing my mad skill, and around the next bend there would be an employee waiting to offer me $100 an hour to round up shopping carts.

God, I'm a dork.
