I have not heard of it yet, but surely that sounds interesting. I would be very interested in seeing what the performance results are!

We also have support for the Armada. Check around on the Titan forums for some reviews. I wish there was a strong Armada forum with info about performance stuff, but there really isn't so far.

it is an ok increase. Nissan's throttle bodies are all Drive by Wire now. So even when you floor it the butterfly only opens 75%.What these chips do is program the ECU to open the body fully unter full throttle, and take of the re limiter and speed limiter and that is it. It does give a little power to the car but also harms the vehicle.

Nissan's come with a failsafe mode built in so when they overheat they limit the throttle to 35% or so and it cannot go over 4500rpm among other things. There has not been a documented case yet but I am 50% sure the chip will effect the failsafe mode.

The VK-II Pro is not a Superchip. SuperChips is it's own company.

The VK-II Pro from Stillen is just a Split Second box with a harness. It is a piggy back and suffers from the same issues all piggy back systems suffer from. The ECU will fight it every step of the way, and there will always be issues with the switch over from the piggy back controlling the motor to the ECU controlling the motor. Piggy back systems do not have full control.

The quoted power gains have never been proven by a consumer or a third party. Simple fact is that each vehicle runs different, and no base tune will ever be right for any vehicle other than the exact on it was done on.

You're better off going with a product that can be adjust for your particular vehicle that uses the factory ECU (which is far more capable than any piggyback to begin with) or going to a Pro Tuner and having them do a full dyno tune for your vehicle which would be the most accurate tune.
