What do you guys think? Looks good, dependable and reputable name. Looks like it would be easy to modify and install.

1,000 Cubic Feet per Minute. (28 316.8466 liter per minute) at unknown Revolutions per Minute.

Let's guess it's 5,500 rpm since most trucks and Pony max out there.

2.4 liter @ 5,500 RPM = 13,200 liter per minute to fill in28316.8466 liter divided by 13,200 liter = 2.14

So there will be twice as much air pressure inside the cylinders. Roughly translates to almost twice as much power.

SuperChargers are always over priced. It's just a piece of metal. Only better on precision and durability than most air compressors. You can get used Nissan SUV superchargers off ebay much cheaper than this.

True but as far as the design goes there are a lot of those similar in style on ebay such as pro charger/vortec and other brands that are around 500-1000 that i think i might try. the simplicity of design when it come to installing is why i'm leaning in that direction. Its less fab work on a large supercharger like the ones off the extera a lot of people are using.

qft400 can land you a cheap turbo setup....

although thoughts of a vortec crossed my mind.also I'm with yah on simplicity of the centrifigal type, but still I think a big pita for ka. Making 200ish whp for 700 including 400 dollar motor right now, non IC'd stock injectors and afm(well sohc maf), you cant beat the price of used turbo parts these days, alot of guys blow motors/wreck and sell the parts to regain somethings from the loss, down time is way less due to bolt onnature of turbo kits, a s/c you will need to fab up bracketry and pulley custom for your motor... I understand the urge to be different, it can blow a few holes in your pocket with the ka... do a rear mount turbo setup, that would be fairly different for the ka scene, with a full 3" exhaust and a nice header that would be cool/diff but hell I'd love to see a paxton 240 dew eet
