Due to recent events, I have taken this opportunity to read through the Stillen supercharger installation instructions for the Nissan/ Infiniti 5.6 L supercharger. You can download the installation instructions at http://www.stillen.com/product...t.pdf .The piggy back unit is equipped with four drivers to control eight additional fuel injectors, in an eight cylinder motor. The additional piggy back injectors are firing 2 at a time. So, when number 1 cylinder is receiving fuel the number 8 cylinder is also receiving fuel prior to ignition and will ignite in the next firing, but when number 8 cylinder is receiving fuel the number 1 cylinder is receiving excess fuel and will not ignite. It is the same for the other sets (7 and 3, 6 and 5, 4 and 2). Is raw fuel being dumped out into the exhaust? How good is that for cylinders 1, 7, 6 and 4? Is any fuel getting into the motor oil? How does raw fuel effect the catalytic converters? Doesn’t raw fuel or excess hydrocarbons in the exhaust make the catalytic converters overheat and cause a meltdown? How does the Air/Fuel Sensors respond to raw fuel or excess hydrocarbons? Could it lean out the mixture?.Firing order1-8-7-3-6-5-4-2.Driver #1 BLUE wire, pin C to fuel injectors in cylinders 1 and 8Driver #2 PURPLE wire, pin D to fuel injectors in cylinders 7 and 3Driver #3 GREEN wire, pin E to fuel injectors in cylinders 6 and 5Driver #4 BROWN wire, pin F to fuel injectors in cylinders 4 and 2
