My father recently purchased a 2006 Infiniti g35 coupe to be used as a tow car behind his Coach. He loves the way it handles but, "the acceleration doesn't compare to my old 92 ZR1." So he is interested in a supercharger kit. No, he doesn't want turbos.

So what is the best option for him?....
assume that the budget is high.
It needs to be a full kit that will safely push the engine to around 450whp.
Whatever the ecu option is for the kit he wants the car to keep all its luxury. this means if the kit takes away a feature, its a problem in his mind.
also the kit has to work with the AC and PS.
and one more thing, NO FMIC. he has the tow bar set up in the front so there isn't any room for an intercooler.

Now IF there is a kit out there that does what he wants... my father will have it professionally installed and if possible, dyno tuned.
so, who in the northwest is the best place to go for his needs? He lives in south eastern WA and is willing to trailer the car to Portland, Seattle, Spokane, wherever.

i dont think your numbers are possible on a 06 with not front mount. my friend has the 07 with the HR and barely made 430 with a supercharger.

also for what you are looking for i would suggest just googling tuners in your area. any shop telling them exactly what you said and they will have a more detailed and quicker answer for you.

You'd have to have a professional shop do it...they can fit that intercooler. But that will not get 450rwhp. You will also have to do some internal mods to make that power. lots of $$$

I actually called Adam at Stillen and talked to him about the kit. I guess the next time my dad travels through California, so late June, he will drop it off at the shop. Apparently you have to get a new hood to fit the charger. I didn't realize that. Basically it looks like it would be just under 10k for the kit, install, custom IC mount, hood, and new paint.

With the older Stillen on 03-07 coupes, yes you need a new hood. The SC is a roots-style that goes on top of the intake. For the G37, they went with a centrifugal style (vortech) so owners would not have to modify/replace their hoods...and there are larger gains with a centrifugal SC. The roots SC will not brake 400rwhp. Like I mentioned before, you'll need to do some internal engine mods to get into the 450hp range.
