There are currently no released S/C for the HR/VHR motors, but GTM and Stillen are close. BTW, what makes you think there is lag in twin turbos? Here's mine at low (7psi)) boost :

Yeah, unfortunately i found out this fact by calling vortech and Stillen myself. Both saying that they are close ad will have the kits set up by January 1st which isnt bad because I live in michigan :P Alternatively I Will be getting Cat Back Headers Exhaust and Cold Air Intake. Which is roughly 40 - 50 hp which isnt bad Does anyone know if this is super loud or not?? I was looking for a fast luxury ride not a Loud fast and annoying ride.

just a quick tip...there is no way you will be gaining 40-50 whp from those modifications.

+1 You might see 10-15hp from intake/exhaust mods.

Stillen is working with Vortech on their next FI system...more to come.
