I made a similar post in the FX35/45 section before I found this section.

Just wondering if there are any bolt on type options for an 06 FX45.

There was for the VK45DE in the F50 Q45, but it did not seem to work reliably for long.

Now if you want to rebuild your engine, driveline and cooling system in its entirety, then anything is possible.
