You could adapt them to the Xterra but it's not a simple thing to do.
The Xterra actually came with a factory supercharger on some models. That supercharger is an Eaton M62 (with modified side intake port). The Bonneville also has an M62. The M62 is commonly regarded as too small for the VG33 (V6) in the Xterra. Stock boost is set at 4lb, IIRC, although you can get smaller pulleys to increase that. Not much boost at all, really.
The SuperCoupe has an M90 which is larger, and generally thought to be better matched to the 3.3 liter's displacement.
Conveniently, the VG33 has low compression, which makes it boost friendly.
Thinks to keep in mind:The factory M62 is is designed to work on the motor. Pulley location, manifold adapter, everything is already done for you. You can put an 8lb pulley on it and be okay.
Both the Bonneville's M62 and the SuperCoupe's M90 have rear air inlets. But the factory Xterra M62 had a unique side inlet, to make it fit better with the Xterra's intake plumbing. That's not a HUGE issue, but it means you'll end up with a 90 turn in the intake plumbing...something not necessary with the factory S/C.
You certainly could adapt either of those to your car. But you could also try and find a used Supercharged Xterra or Frontier, both of which came with factory superchargers designed for your VG33E.
Here's an excellent thread on the topic of supercharging an N/A Xterra:

Also, I moved this to the trucks forum where the truck guys can add more input.
I actually have an Xterra supercharger that I bought to install on my Maxima. It was dirt cheap so I snagged it, then realized it'd be a much bigger project that I anticipated, and never got around to it.
