Sounds real interesting.We have a couple of Altima drivers that are hard chargers..

im guessing 3rd gen, but yea year would make it a lot easier if i bought one, and also, are u talking aout a 3.5 or 2.5??

no check out the site. http://www.rippmods.com. my 98 will be the prototype if they agree on it. so it will be for 98 to 2001. if all goes well theyll also have the application for first gens also. so let me know whos definitely in. i need at least 5 more !

well it will be between 3 to 4000. none of their other superchargers ever had to disable anything in the car so i doubt it. its gonna run around 8 psi i think.

how much power do u think it will be able to put down at that psi, cuz 8 is kinda high, and also, can i put it on a 93 24o SE, without much custom work??

you dont have to run 8 its adjustable. the 4cyl galant they just did is running 5. i wouldnt really know how much modification you would have to do if you wanted it in your car. call rippmods up and ask. they would be able to help you better than i could

why wouldnt it work on the 93-97 also? they are the same engines/car

im sure it will, there arent any changes (i dont think) in ANY of the second gen altimas

the second gen altimas are rated 5 hp more than the first gen, i am not totally for sure but some one told me that they changed the fuel system a little bit from the first gen

hm, i was under hte impression the only thing that had changed was a slightly different intake, and a smoother exhaust, either way, nothin major

the ecu is obd2 on the 98+ and obd1 on the 93-97.
