Supercharged Ka24de, q45, cams, idles 1600?

Hello all, I have a Ka24de with an e62 blower, q45 90mm, z32maf, arias 8.8s, sti injectors, and jwt series 1 cams, aem wide band. When cool out it takes 2 or 3 times to start it, and then for a bit likes to die while rolling if I put the clutch in. Once driven for a bit it idles around 1600rpm. Replaced coolant temp sensor, no check engine light. Any ideas?

IACV or throttle cable to tight on the throttle body wheel?
