I get a report each morning of lawsuits filed in San Diego. Here's one I saw this morning:

Neil Bel----- v. Sunroad KMI Auto Inc.; Kearny Mesa Infiniti8/24/2007 37-2007-00073695 Complaint, action is an unlimited civil case. Defendants improperly installed a super charger system into plaintiff's vehicle. Plaintiff incurred repair costs, rental car cost, and the cost of a new engine from the improper installation.

Does anybody know Neil and what happened to his car?

probally got tooo much PSI and Hp for the engine

or he sucked at shifting and kept it at redline for about 5 minutes.

or just straight up the installed F-d up.
