Has anyone seen this car or have any information on it beyond what the article says? 800hp and it is white. If I can have that much power in my M45 then I am selling all of my other cars right now!!! Thanks in advance!! KTW

In all reality you can have 800hp in almost any engine, if you have the money and resources anything can be done, right? But also as I noticed it is a straight 6 turboed, and we all know how the Japanese do their turbo cars, lol

If you really want to be different why not a RB26 or RB28 turbo from a Skyline? Those can be built up with LOADS of power for not too much money.cheers

I am going to go out on a limb and ask if we or anyone has an idea if any of the other engines/ trannys interchange? I am sick of my legend because it is FWD and seems to need much more work to get to go fast. I do not want to fix up the firebird cause everybody has one.....it would be crazy to have even a 500whp M45!!! Yum Yum!

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Kyle

Swap in the 3 liter twin turbo from the cedric/gloria. There are tons of parts you can get from Japan for that engine as about half of nissans lineup use that engine in them.

I don't know if I would pick the Y34 M for such modifications, even if an 800HP car sounds most inviting!

It would be a lot of work to get parts from Japan, do the work here, etc. Why not pick a car for which people are doing things already here in the US? I.e., use the M for a fast, comfortable, luxury, daily-driving, sport sedan and spend your dollars on modifying something interesting like a 350Z?

Its all about being different, at least for me The M is so rare anyway, so seeing a modified one would be even more appealing

I want to start with mods that free up power and possibly give you more MPG. Exhaust, intakes, pullies, and headers....after that who knows? I have either the first or one of the first turbo 2nd gen Acura Legends so maybe I will carry over my experience. I am in between making a decision of what to do or not do with my cars.

I have to agree...seeing a modified M45 would be way better than a 350Z...i see those everyday. I wouldn't want no 800 hp, just maybe up it to 400-450hp...to still make it a daily driver...the swap would be nice...i wonder how hard it would be...i am sur eit would take alot...but like u guys said anything can be done with money...and if we had that much money we probably wouldn't be driving the 03-04 M anyway. But i would still like some cost effective mods to be available....like whatever happened to that air intake that was supposed (might) to be coming out? Any word on further production

I don't think it would take much to swap in an RB26DETT into an M. I mean c'mon, their so common in 240's and the old Datsuns, why not the M? I think it would be an awesome project to see.
