Did you lubricate the bushing where the rod goes through the firewall?

Yes. Lubricate the rubber grommet where the rod slides through it.

i dont think it would be my caliper because it didnt do it before i replaced my booster and my brakes seem to be working just fine.

No, don't take off the MC.

Find where the rod goes through the firewall. I bet that's where it's squeaking. You're gonna have to crawl down in the floorboard and find it. :)

Yeah, don't mean to thread jack but any info on how to stop the clutch pedal squeaking? I have a new master cylinder and used pedal. Did I forget to lube something?

Guys - finding squeaks is as simple as crawling around and moving things until you locate the source.

Usually, it's a pivot point, but in his case, it sounds like the metal rod squeaking against something at the firewall...

It could be the grommet behind the pedal. I had the same problem on my old forty. I changed the grommet and the problem went away.

The clutch fork probably squeaks at the pivot ball and the slave cylinder.
I lubed mine when I did my clutch swap and it stopped squeaking.
