(This guy eats McD's for 30 days straight for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.)

I loved it! It was exaggerated and taken to an extreme, so its education value wasnt exactly great, but it was quite amusing. Everyone should see it.

I hate the fact that McD's no longer has Super Size because of that movie. =\

Seen it awhile back. Why would you want to put your body through something like that? Stupid!

Makes no sense. If he replaced the battery and reassembled the unit -properly-, it should have been fine.

Its a buck for a double cheeseburger, you cant beat that! Although digesting it isnt quite as pleasant as a home-made burger with quality bread and fresh lean beef.

Buffalo ROCKS! I went to another NICO member's house to have the chain guides done on my Q, and he happened to live on a buffalo ranch. Ate an awesome steak and took home a sample of ground buffalo. Cooks nice and quick.

I've heard it's too lean and doesn't wanna stick together real well to make a patty....

there's always ground turkey as well....

I'm partial to the chicken whopper at burger king though...they kick ***.

Just watched Super-size Me yesterday. Very interesting film. What I found more interesting than what was happening to him during this "experiment" was the background interviews he did. The ones at the middle and high schools were the most disturbing. Fast food really is crap, but so is most food today.

p.s. http://ipodsdirtysecret.com/index.html there's the iPod video.
