The original thread I made for my project was way more detailed. I went to post it and forgot to give it a title so every thing I did was erased. It took me like 2 hours to write it up.

The car is in my drive way. I'll post a pic tomorrow when its light out. I have more pics of the charger and parts too. Here is a mock set up of how everything goes together on the super charger. Of course its upside down in the pic and from behind. Its an Eaton M90 off a 1998 Jaguar Xjr. It has a three inch inlet and outlet. And one of the charger without the inlet, outlet, and bypass valveI have to work all day tomorrow but I'll post more pics when I get off.

The B13 got rear ended on the interstate. Sad day for me. I had just dumped $900 into it. Been drivin a crx since. But I got the 240 (#2) back in november 08 and the head gasket went and the head cracked like two weeks later. And here we are now. Beenn buyin parts and tools like crazy!

Thats a Pace Setter 4-1 street header to a 2 1/2 inch collector. Its all I could find. I ordered it at work from keystone and only paid like $180.

The shifter was cheap too. Second hand never used, thirty bucks.

This sux! Im wired on energy drinks and excitement because my S/C came today and I gotta work ten hours tomorrow and I can't sleep! I'm gonna go strip the engine bay and take some more pics!

The muffler was dirt cheap and its better than ole rusty thats on it now lol. Besides, its temporary. It will probably stay on the car for the first few hundred miles until the rings are good and seated. I decided supercharger because not many people have done it and it will have a very unique sound. I did see the supercharged ka24e out of puerto rico that was posted on here. It will be a similar set up but a little bit different. Trying to put the charger after the Trottle body would be a challeng with the way it was set up on the Jag. So it will be remote mount over the header. I'll post some pics of the car tonight when I get off.

No. Haynes sucks, lol. At least chiltons has torque specs and decent diagrams.

As for the muffler, lol, it is TEMPORARY! Once I get the engine broke in, I'll put the supercharger on it and have the exhaust I really want ready to go on. The Apex-i N1 system. Should sound really nice on a S/C Ka and make lots of torque.

The S/C I got for 460 bucks, Its got a new coupler and only has about 40K miles on it. It even still has the original teflon coating from the factory. Right now it doesn't have any oil in it because it had to be shipped.

I got some pics of the car but I gotta give the other half some attention and get some sleep. I probably won't get to work on the car again until Saturday. I'll post the pics in the morning. I wanna get some of the interior before I tear it out and I'll post those too.

By the way, Yes Man is awesome. Jim Carey kicks azz.

All right some pics of the car:

Right after I got it in November. It clean for the most part. Interior in is good shape minus the bolster on the driver seat, a cracked dash and a cracked vent, but I already got replacements. The lip is cracked in the front and the is a wrinkled spot on the passenger quarter pan above the back wheel. All minor work.

About five months ago we pulled the engine and auto transmission thanks to good friend that had a lot of time. Thanks Donovan. If you need spare piggy parts, he's the man to talk to.

The front sits so high now! Look at the gap in the wheel well.

This is something recently discovered. The floppy foam wing came off and... an infection! No prob. Neighbor has a body shop.

Ok, so this is what I have planned for the entire build/restore in this order:1. Build the engine. No S/C yet, wanna break it in first.2. Prep the engine bay to recieve its glory. Paint.3. Install a clutch hydralic system.4. Install new interior pieces, fix any wiring that may need to be done, and add a quality stereo system.5. Z32 brake conversion for front only. 5 lug conversion.6. New wheels and shoes. Probably OE nissan 5 lug or infiniti.7. Install engine and s13 manual transmission and short shifter.8. Wide band o2 with gauge and adjustable fuel pressure regulator.9. Install cheap rice exhaust (temporary)10. Body work and paint. Same deep burgandy.11. New suspension: KYB AGX's and Eibach Pro Kit. Any bushings that need to be replaced. New bearing plates for front struts.12. After 500 or so miles, install S/C, Piping, intercooler (side mount), BOV, injectors, and walboro fuel pump.13. Get it tuned.14. Last but not least, Apexi N1 Dual exhaust.

Im pretty sure thats about it. I can't wait to drive this thing when I'm done.

See that hole on the trunk? That's how the engine gnomes got into your car and stole your engine!

Please take #9 out of your to do's...Did you read the sticky on the top of the 240sx section for the exhaust?

Ok, question. I have been looking for ARP studs for the SOHC but only find them for dohc. wtf. Does any one know if there is a stud kit or can I use the DOHC? This blower displaces alot of air so I would like to use studs vs. bolts.

Well I actually made some progress today cleaning up some parts, mostly the intake and some brackets, and I made a new addition to my garage to help with the project. I'll post some pictures after the weekend once I get the engine bay done.

the boot doesn't seal over it well because it's not round at the plate. Plus the plate isn't that tight of a seal. I went with an isis b&m style assembled on the plate. The boot seals right over it. Also when installing your style there is a plastic ring with the rods the shifter pivots on, it's real tough to get out.
