Hope this helps some: http://www.240edge.com/manuals...t.pdf

I'm not sure if it will edit the link, since it's for another car site, but if you have any trouble, I can email it or something else.

Thanks for trying. I have this whole thing on cd already. The diagram shows the pin arrangements for the SMJ and the ECU pin arrangements as well as wire color for ecu and diagrams. But it doesnt show wire color and diagrams for the SMJ. I'm looking specifically for wire color and diagram for pins A1- I12.

I may drop the whole S15 wiring conversion sense Heavythrottle is having problems getting the rest of the swap to me. I'm still short a driveshaft and differential and it's closing in on 2 months of waiting since the motor/transmission hit my doorstep.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. I already went through hell trying to find the SMJ, and when I did, the manual was of precious little help to me. I eventually just gave up and got a different car.

Thanks man. I found it on the diagram. It's very easy to overlook especially when you got a full blown diagram with wires everywhere. This should be stickied or put over in the tech pages.

So I am experiencing the same problem: I cannot figure out where the wires go after they leave the super multiple junction. Here are the wires I am worried about:

Any help will be much appreciated as I am stuck.

Excuse my ignorance but, if your doing engine swap there isnt really anything that is wired into SMJ, that just ties your body harness to your engine room harness and runs it all through fuses and relays.
Seems like your attempting a S15 Sr20 swap?

FSM is here on forum 240sx-factory-service-manuals-t549156.html right mouse click and save also 240edge.co has FSM there too.

Matt.

I went through every section of the FSM and cataloged each wire that is referenced to the SMJ. But it's a long list and I don't have it typed up.

I'll reply in your thread what the wire colors do.

Hello there: i m new here.
i do have a problem with a 1991 Nissan Sentra 2 doors.

i m trying to connect the coolant fans to turn on with the key switch.
steps that i have done so far:
Battery...................OK
Fusible link..............OK
Fuse and fusible links......OK

Relay Port 1:On B/W and B/R wires my multimeter show a 11.53V with the key ON or START,
On wires: W/G and L my multimeter show a 00.00V with key on
Relay Port 2: On B/W and R wires my multimeter show a 11.53V with the key ON or START,
On wires: BR, W/G, L/B and B the multimeter show a 00.00V. with key on.

SMJ: I think that i find the SMJ behind the fuse block, but i don't think that the SMJ is causing my problems.

Fuse block: OK,, but when i put the key switch on, there is no reading on my multimeter IN any of the fuse.

THE CAR DO TURN ON.

For some reason my dad: A MECHANIC ADVISOR in my country, jump or britches the cables of the termo-switch and tell me that if the fans does not run is cause is something else???

NOW: if is not a GROUND OPEN like the termo-switch example, and if the termo-switch is the one how active the fans by detecting a high temperature in the radiator, i will turn on the relays that they could be bad..something else that i don't understand is, why my multimeter dose not have a Voltage reading at the fuse bloc with the KEY-ON.
something that i m going to do tomorrow is buy the new relays and take the 3 wires from the RELAY-PORT: B/W, B, R and use them to do new terminals, since they are bad on the two fans. and do the hole proses again only backwards:
fans, relays, SMJ, fuse and fusible links, fuse block & battery, but i have done that 10 times today.. i do have a diagram that is helping me to do this job.
PLEASE HELP::
