SUPER HICAS?

so i'm a lil confused. i know what super hicas does and what it is. however im looking for a new suspension to drop my car. it's a 92 240sx hatch and it is very much a daily driver so im looking for mostly ride comfort. now ive done my searching and i want to put it in KYB AGX with lowering springs. i haven't decided yet.(suggestions are welcome). However when i read further i realize that this is NON-hicas only. so What do i use? what is available at a reasonable price that will drop the car 1.5" and give me great ride comfort with performance??? PLEASE HELP!
