Does anyone know if the hicas removal kit removes the rear power steering rack and replaces it or just bolts on over it?

I beleive it just bolts on to stop the mechanism

I don't have a problem with the hicas being stopped cause when i swapped motors i lost the hicas i was just looking to shed some weight.
