You can fit the US pump onto the SR bracket with a bit of grinding, but you would have to reroute/clamp the rear lines or you'll have no power steering at all. You would also have to find a way to take care of the HICAS solenoid in the lower passenger side of the engine bay. FRsport carries SOHC -> DOHC swap power steering lines if you want to use the SR power steering pump ($300!).
The easiest (and cheapest) solution seems to be to replace the HICAS pump -> solenoid line's banjo bolt with a regular bolt to seal it, and get rid of all of the HICAS hardware. I found that the HICAS pump fits onto the bracket by filing/grinding down some of the pump mount.
