Super-cat JS-1 alarm/radar detector, anyone know it?

When I got my r33 gts-t front clip it came with a greddy turbo timer and something called Super-cat.The back is in Japanese so I can't figure it out, but the front says: Super-Cat JS-1 alarm & radar detector. It has a speaker, a black square box that was in front of the radiator pointing forwards (I think its the radar detector), and a dash mount LED light. It's obviously missing some parts for the security part and I would like to get it back up and running for my s13. There is a yellow wire that was cut off with the back and I'm betting it went the sensors or something. The rest of the wires are a no brainer.So, Does anyone know this company and where to get the manual?

Just saw the pic. That thing looks ancient and only says x band on it. I don't think it's worth the trouble to get it to work to be honest.
