I'm with J-Spec on this one, Eagles all the way . . . and the Sixers will own the Eastern Conference, and take it to the Lakers in the Finals, and the Flyers will show the Devils that there is in fact a hell, and no, it's not in East Rutherford. :-) (And I like both the Devils and Flyers, ever see that in a Philly fan? ;-)).

Yeah but as soon as any one of those teams loses a game you'll start booing...Philly has terrible fans...not as bad as the Minnesota Twins fans...but close.

Hehe, I might live in Connecticut, but I'm from Jersey, and I've got the Philly mentality drilled into me. We truly have the greatest fans in the world, you have to be one to understand it. Me, I yell at my TV when the refs make obviously (and they're always obvious) incorrect calls, other teams get away with s!@#, etc. I feel right at home every time I get a chance to drive down and go to the F-U-Center (please tell me they didn't change that when FU merged with Wachovia). To quote Denis Leary, "I'm an a$$hole, and I'm proud of it." ;-)

denis leary could be the spokesperson for the standard philly fan.

And unfortunaly it is no longer the FU-center (well, it still is in our hearts :D), anyways we got the linc now!

Haha, I think we should have him (Denis Leary) come out and sing "his" song before every game. :-)

There truly is nothing like the "FU Experience" . . . the name might be dead now, but the spirit lives on in the "heart" of every Philly fan, with a degree of sarcasm on "heart", because as we both know, Philly fans have no hearts, and show no mercy. ;-)

MainEvent, are you *sure* you're not a Philly fan in disguise? You really sounded like one there, that kind of language is the Philly way. ;-)

Go Broncos. Sure they lost to the Chiefs, but they are still the better team, KC had one lucky kick return, Denver dominted most of the game.

that has my vote for best return EVER!

he was back at the 2 yard line at one point and juked out 9+ guys and scored 6 points for the team! :shocked2

I still think his return last year against the Broncos was the best. Juke, spin, step back, juke and then burn it. Dante Hall must have sold his soul to the devil to be able to return like that.

That return yesterday was so nasty, it was not only amazing to watch, but funny too. It looked like he was just playing with some elementary school kids trying to tackle him, the way he just kept going back and forth, avoiding tackles. Awesome play, I wish I had the athletic ability to do that . . . even without people trying to tackle me. ;-)

hell yeah, dante hall is in another plane of exsitance, god-like ability.

kind of like how David Akers is the best kicker to ever grace the grasses of the NFL ;)
