Loved the game. I was not impressed by any of the music performers or most of the commercials. They were pretty lame this year and the one from GoDaddy made me want to vomit.

I'm a little curious how Cary Williams wasn't ejected when he shoved the ref during the melee after that Reed int.

Was nice to see San Fran make it a game, after that post-halftime td it was beginning to look like a Tampa Bay - Oakland style beatdown.

Only New Orleans would have a blackout during the super bowl. Amirite? What a sh*t-hole.

This^. the music was meh, but Beyonce did look good. :naughty:

I thought Keyes did a nice rendition of the spangled banner...until the end, when she ruined it by extending the song by repeating the last 4 words a few times. Shaddup already! Get to the coin toss!!!!, I have a free papa john's pizza on the line. :chuckle:

I went to sleep before the third quarter, so I missed the epic come back and eventual failure of the 49ers.
Didn't get to see Beyonce either.

Did anyone else like the old people Taco Bell commercial? I thought that was an awesome one.

Good game. The power outage was rigged. That SuperBowl would have left the bitterest taste in the Baltimore franchise for decades to come if they lost it in the end. Also I think Alicia Keys is one of the sexiest women of my generation, but she really needed to put on a wig on to cover that skimp head of combover'd hair. Beyonce is also pure sexy diva. I know Destiny's Child brought us all back...

That's silly. New Orleans is just a huge POS where dumb sh*t like that would happen.

I would like to point out that im from Baltimore.

P.S. Suck it haters!

As for that awful halftime show, Who ever is booking these events needs to be set on fire and hit with rocks. We're watching football...I dont wanna hear stupid $hit like that. I wanna hear like...Guns and Roses, Aerosmith or maybe something more modern like 30 seconds to mars. I wish they would book something more hardcore like We Came as Romans or Bring me the Horizon :naughty:

With Ray Ray gone and welcome to mediocrity, won't be able to duplicate that emotion again. I'm sure having Ogden make it in the HoF gave an extra jolt to the Baltimore team too.

We won't hold that against you. :)

A far as Beyonce not being appropriate for the Super Bowl, that's open to opinion. Yes, there are classic rock groups most of us hard core football fans would rather see instead of Beyonce, and most of us can't even name a Beyonce song, BUT the Super bowl is not meant for only hard core football/classic Rock fans.. Beyonce was no worse than Janet jackson or Madonna. Besides, Beyonce was a huge step above the old Super Bowls that featured that dreadful "Up with People".

Still, you gotta wonder who chooses "Beyonce" for an athletic event attended by mostly guys. She's not really a sex symbol so much anymore ya know...

Why is it in quotations, its her name. Not only is she a huge role model, she is still in fact a sex symbol. But she has more class for that, much more than Christina Agulera. That half time was definantly not rated G anymore and she is WAY sexier than Modanna and Brittany Spears (except the kiss). She was all about the stage with ton of confidence and positive energy, and played some old 90s stuff too.

You know thank god it wasnt Aerosmith or Guns N Roses. I dont wanna hear that old geaser s*** from 30+ years ago!! I feel like I need to bold that. Christ how many years do you have to listen to a song before its just not good anymore. It plays on the radio all day long anyways which btw makes me want to see how much coolant I can swallow in one mouth full. Just because its not rock n roll doesnt mean its bad. Its because shes black, I knew it. And hey, they could have chosen Justin Beiber instead. He would have been murdered during the black out...

Shoulda hired Dave for the half time show. It'd be great. Stage, chair, enough beer for an hour, and Dave.

My one-man band outfit wasn't ready yet. Doritos pulled the funding because I'm too Irish-white for broadcast.
