Super AFC II does it worth for A/T SE R ?

does it worth to install super AFC on altima SER A/T stock ?

and how much power will I have ?

IMO, adding a AFC II to the stock SE-R will not be worth the money. You will be able to change the Air Fuel Mixture throughout the RPM range, but it is really more intended for power add parts like, turbos, superchargers, etc. Running it on a stock engine will not really give you much power change... unless you are REALLY good at tuning an engine, and even then it's not gonna be much.
