Maybe because he was full of **** and he got caught in a lie? Maybe because the only satisfied customer he has is himself posting as three different people? Figure it out man!qwarnon wrote:where is supaca now? he hasnt had a post in this thread in a while. i wish he could provide some real proof.. or maybe a testimony from a prior customer
Not arguing that point at all. They are very specific in the FAQ:002-M-P wrote:but not legalize....EPA says post 1995 cars need OBD-II. R33's don't have OBD-II and there are no aftermarket OBD-II systems currently accepted as legal by the EPA. So there is where they get you...sure it is legal to import, but you still can't federalize it without the EPA documentation.
I'm here to protect good people from getting sucked in by people who are dishonest. I'll do as I damn well please, and if you don't like it, prove me wrong.sppedking wrote:AZ. I posted this earlier : http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/...7.htm Did you read the list of registered importers authorized by the NHTSA? I didn't see Supaca on there, care to explain? Anyone not listed on that list is not authorized to bring in cars.I know the R33 can still be brought in and if you read my post the only ones eligible are 1996, 1997, & 1998. I also know Mr. Coleman Sachs and Mr. Clint Lindsay both of NHTSA. Mr. Coleman Sachs has to sign all bond releases and thats when the car is legal.sppedking wrote:Supaca guy is my boy. That's it and Supaca only deals with federalized R33 from now on accroding to him. Go to nhtsa they will tell you SkylineR33 is eligible for importing. U are full of cr** AZ.

But your link did not work.edthemanjp wrote:sppedking
I see you have trouble writing so I'm going to say this as slow as I can.
Click this link ( http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/...7.htm ) and read the list.
Scroll, move up and down the list and see if Supaca is there (hint) if Supaca is not on that list they are not eligible to import any cars.
That would mean Supaca is not legit as you so often say but don't believe me read and prove for yourself.
Dude, I'm not a hata. I don't judge people unless they basically ask for it. But based on your comments, I only have limited options when I'm trying to figure you out:sppedking wrote:Ok, I will have him definitely get in touch with you once they come up with a federalized one. There's no scam reported agaisnt supaca... is there? Supaca will hold an event pretty soon if you guys got something to say to them, i suggets go do that in his face. My bet is you would not cuz they are just way too cool and real. Good luck people Supaca is very legit.
Fixed, it didn't like the brackets. Here it is again:http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/...7.htmUnstroked wrote:

And they have the ultimate typo in their Terms & Conditions:"[ 6 ] Insurance & Fright "AZhitman wrote:From Supaca's OWN WEBSITE:
If you would consider to import the JDM car into USA, you will be able to import the JDM car through SUPACA IMPORTS, LLC. Here is the general process.*snip snip snip*So far, I see a whole lot of protections for the seller and a whole lot of SCREWING the buyer.
