First time post here...recently got a 97 pathfinder SE and has the sunroof option. Now the problem is it won't tilt or open. It was tilting fine yesterday but wouldnt open, now the tilt doesnt work...worse yet is its not seated all the way down and there is this little steel plate maybe and inch wide sticking straight up that I think is keeping the sunroof to close all the way...Please help a newbie out!! Thanks

nvm...turnes out the wind deflector that's supposed to pop up ...well the bracket broke and it was stuck up thus when trying to close it the seal coudln't seal against the roof so it leaked...i just ripped it out (was just hanging in there by the seal anyway) and now it works!
