Shouldn't be a problem. Even at high speeds I don't really notice much. Mines an 03.

I always leave mine open. On the freeway the sound is not too loud but loud enough for you to have to turn the volume up for your music. You shouldn't have to worry about it.

I think it would look dumb, and I don't think you need one. I haven't been in a G where the sunroof sounded loud.

I don't think I've ever seen a G35 with a sunroof deflector.

I purchased a 05 G35 coupe and it had a sun roof wind deflector. Lets put it this way, that deflector was the first thing I took off. It just makes the car look cheap. That just my opinion and I'm sticking to it..LoL

If you look closely at the front of the opening, there is a small springloaded deflector installed. My '05 coupe has a slight bit of noise but nothing worth ruining the look of my car over. Also as an option.....you can stop the sunroof at any point by pushing the button again, so you can stop it halfway or so if the noise bothers you.
