so my 97' Q has an issue and I tried search and couldn't find anything. The little wind break thing that pops up when the roof is open is floppying in high winds on the freeway, really an speeds over 50. It started and was a little annoying, but now I don't leave the roof open on the freeway cause it really flaps alot.

I have no idea-but I'll sell you another one.
Just kidding, its got a couple of springs that hold it upright, maybe one (or both) of those is gone?

Take look with the sunroof open (car stopped LOL) and you'll see the springs and then the problem should be revealed.
