SUNROOF Will Not Slide Open.. Still Tilts

My sunroof will not slide open, however it will tilt. I found this:

The cable is likely broken, youll need to buy a new sunroof assy... Start looking for one from one of our parted out Q45s. and 9096 Q will fit in yours.

Will it work if you push up on it and give it a little assist? Might just be stuck or weak motor/sticking track.

Sometimes it will work but is slow and will stick/stop half way. I'll try giving it a helping hand and see what happens.

If you do get it open, wipe down the rails with a napkin.
