I'd be all over some dealership attention on that... I'm sure it can be adjusted, but why worry yourself with it if someone else can get paid for the headache while you flog a loaner car?

I checked with local Nissan service and the sunroof can be adjusted but not by me - oh well, off to the dealership (2hrs away) Saturday. The service manual was not helpful.

Ouch! Now I understand more of why you'd want to do this yourself even with a warranty in place.

Solved. Dealership in Tallahassee adjusted the closing alignment and it is so much quieter but it is just a hair from being flush all around. The stealership was going to charge me 116$ after learning it was out of the 4000 mile "accessory" warranty but they decided to comp me anyway. No harsh words - they did this on their own! Nice people! I asked about a secret instruction set for this adjustment to no avail. No harm no fowl.

During the replacement of passenger door panel (bubble on armrest) recently - the dealership adjusted sunroof to make it flush all around, at n/c to me. Great dealership in Tallahassee folks!!
