Sunroof sensors?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

It would be nice if the EX had sensors that alerts you if you leave the sunroof open when you leave the car It happened to me once, left the roof open overnight on the street Luckily there was no rain, and nobody tried to get in. But I may not be as lucky next time.

I havent seen any cars with windows/roof open warning sensors, but i guess it can be useful, but technically, it will be tricky stuff to get it work.

With so many sensors that are available in cars these days, sunroof/window sensors would probably be more useful than at least some of those already available. But they would probably be the easiest parts to break/malfunction, given how often the windows are used.
