Sunroof question

Has anyone with a sunroof removed the deflector on top of the car. I was just wondering if anyone has done it cuz i am getting tired of it. This is probably a dumb question but i will ask it anyway.

It's easy, just buy the car without one. Has been working great for me so far. sorry, had to.

Took mine off the minute I got the car home

I took mine off the morning after I bought the car. I wanted to get it off before dirt got into it and possbly scratch the paint. It came off pretty easy.

open the sunroof and there are 3 brackets that go inside that are held on by tape....just remove the tape and the whole thing should come off

held on pretty cheaply if you ask me

Hell yea, real quick. I was like, "You're ****ing kidding me. Tape? TAPE?!"

I took out the screws that held the deflector to the brackets first, removed the deflector and then peeled off the brackets.

My car didn't have the WindDeflector with my sunroof. Is this a 2.5L thing only or did the 3.5's have them also....Just curious, like I said my 3.5 didn't have the deflector. It wasn't even an option.

I think it looks better without as well though, just my .02.
