Sunroof Question...

'91 Coupe - Automatic sunroof

The other day after a storm I noticed water leaking in the back corners of my sunroof. Not a lot, just enough to make the trim piece wet. I searched, and found that there are drains that can get clogged, so Im going to check those out. Do I have to take the glass out or anything to get to them? If so, could someone tell me how to take it apart?

Also, I read something about fixing this with silicone. What would I have to silicone?
