I have a slight problem with my factory sunroof. It will slide open but the motor wont close it, and it wont flip up anymore. It started the other day when I went to close it and heard a pop and the window wouldn't go forward. When I got out and looked at it, I noticed that the cable was out of its track and no longer connected to the glass. After I ran the switch a few times , the cable reset itself in the track but it still wont close the glass. In order for me to close the glass I have to grab ahold of the glass and pull forward while running the switch in the usual manner (close). Also when it is all the way forward the back end of the glass wont raise up to the roof line. it is down just a little bit. Any ideas of what it is or how to fix it? My FSM wasn't much help. I appreciate any help I get.-Bill

Motor works great. Whatever connects the cable, belt whatever to the glass is the problem. I can open the roof and close it with some help. But its not working fully correct.
