Sunroof problems, any help??

I have a 94 Q45. Just had a new/used motor (from japan) put in my car. was working fine,battery went dead,charged battery and ran fine but now the sunroof opens automatically by itself. you can close but will open by itself about every 5 minutes or so. not sure if i tripped something when i Charged the battery.. or is it just coincidence and switch for sunroof going out? any help is appreciated.... thx

Can you switch out with a known good one? BMWkiller or bigmike(?) is in your area.

not really...not to skilled ..... and not sure how to take apart..
