Sunroof Jammed

is this a symptom of a broken cable? The sunroof only opens on one side, in vent mode it only opens on the drivers side, and when you put the sunroof back it only opens on the passenger side...

It started one day, it seems like its jammed. Its a newish sunroof from T3, and it worked great when it did, then one day it stopped working properly..

any ideas?

"Its a newish sunroof from T3".......meaning a brand new sunroof assembly was installed, or a old used tired but still functional one was pulled from a junker and installed in your Q by T3?

Could be cable, or damaged rail assembly, or something jammed in tracks?
