sunroof is stuck in tilted position!!

i tilted my sunroof (u know how the back part just tilts up like an inch) and how its not going down. hasnt happened b4.when i press the tilt open button it makes a rotating motor sound like it usually does but when i press tilt close button no noise and nothing happens. its stuck open now.

can i tilt close it manually? the cause? anyone had this issue?
