Sunroof greasing worth it.

1) Clean the sunroof rails and (gently so as not to bend anything) a it inside under the "roof on the rails.2)Also the moving parts in front of sunroof assembly.

Taking EXTREME care to avoid overspray.

3)Grease the rails and the moving parts with white lithium grease,.

Since i find that Lithium Gr. often too thick, after the thin wht lithium layer a thin layer of 3-in1 oil.This way the stuff wont dry out too quick as lithium grase seems to do but not attact dust as much as lotsa 3-in1.

Also my rails were pretty dirty and dry, I can actually "hear" the sunroof motor morking less hard now!And it seems to close more readily and with more positive action.
