sun visor repair

hey guys, i know i can't be the only one with this problem... my sunvisors are loose and everytime i hit any little imperfection in the road, they start to move down... has anybody found a fix for this besides just taking them out?

They're worn out. Not really much you can do.

ya those you have to replace no matter what. just hit up a junk yard and you will get them cheap

panda garage sells the JDM ones for 10 bucks a piece....... dont think you can fix them much cheaper than that and no headaches.

You can pull the part out like this. It's notched(red circle), and there's a spring inside to hold the visor when it's not being used. Pull the part out out, put it back in, move and see if it's going to hold the notch. BTW, left is s13 part and right is from s15. If that doesn't work, yes, you will have to replace it.
