Sun visor in '14 Rogue

After a couple of weeks of use, the driver's side sun visor is floppy. When fully folded out, it no longer stays where you leave it, but kind of flops downwards. In such a way that the thing blocks your view.

So, went to the dealer, and had it replaced. They ordered a new visor, and installed it.

Now, two weeks later, the same is happening, again to the driver's side sun visor.

Of course, I'll go back to the dealer and have them fix it, but wanted to know if others are having the same issue?
