Sun Visor 04 G35x-Won't Hold Position

Wife constantly uses sun visor and it won't stay still in certain positions due to wear. A new one is about $135 delivered. Dare I take a shot at used? I do not think the original one is repairable as the problem is due to wear.

If used ones are really cheap where the cost is worth the chance then go for it.
