so out of nowhere I'm driving my 97' Q45 when the sun roof starts to make a whistling sound. I open and close it, but at 40mph it is bad. I inspected it and the only thing that looks odds is the back rubber looks like it is drooping a little bit.
I had a problem with this under warranty and they put a new rubber in. so I assume I have to either adjust or replace this. How bad is this going to be? I am not a DIYer but i shudder to think what this is going to be. Does the whole sun roof need to get taken apart. I'm going to have my mechanic who is in LA (I'm in the Bay Area) do a brake job anyways over Thanksgiving vacation, should I have him order new rubber? The rubbers is only 3-4 years old and the car is parked inside virutally all the time and it feels very young still.
