Sun melted my speakers!

I have some sony xplod 3 ways in my car and I noticed the ones on the rear deck are bubbled up at the edges and the surround is real faded and dry looking, they look pretty messed up. they are the ones with just the X shaped grill so most of the speaker is in direct sunlight. Has anyone else had this problem? Will tinting help protect the speakers back there? I dont want to fry another set.

what do yah think speaker covers are for! :D

yeah tinting would help...
