Sun Hard to close and open

My sun roof needs a pull every time I try to open and close it. How can I fix this problem?

Try a search. If you haven't assiduously cleaned and lubricated your rials and drains, you might be in for a total rebuild. There is a post on that too.

The correct fix is to remove, clean, then relubricate [frequently] and the set the motor clutch to compensate for wear.

how do u set the motor clutch ???????????????/

Adjust the depth via the locknut..........in tiny increments [1/8 of a turn] just like the rack pinion preload.

Get it wrong and you will destroy the cable terminations..........slip is your friend at times. It lets you know you need to clean and lubricate.
