Summit Racing NTK O2 sensors - NGK knockoffs?

http://www.sparkplugs.com is back ordered on the NGK O2 sensors for the VH41. Summit racing has sensors with the same part number as the NGK, but that are listed at NTK sensors. Anyone know if these are knockoffs, and if so, how much does it matter?

This sites seems to suggest they are the same but branded differently.

NTK is NGK's O2 sensor brand. Same thing.

EDIT: Turns out that last site is a parallel site for sparkplugs.com

EDIT: Also turns out Summit is backordered as well.
