Suggestions for removing bumper deposit/grime?

It looks like a bunch of bird **** all over the front bumper. No matter how hard I scrub it doesn't come off and I know it should be able to because it's rough where the deposites are. I could break out the heavy duty brush's but I don't want to mess with the paint. Are there any trade secrets out there for removing this stuff? I heard erasers were good for some stuff, but that doesn't do anything for this. I really dont want to have to re-paint it :-(

Hey, i work at a body shop, and the best thing to use to get crap off ur paint is Wax and Grease Remover. u can get some at ur local English Color, or other auto paint store
