I'm new to NICO I've mainly been in car audio doing big systems and now that I've finished that I want to do a few performance upgrades. It's just a 2.5 so I know I won't be walking anyone but I do like to get a bit of power when I decide to floor it and play around.

So I guess my question is what would u suggest starting with in upgrades that give a good return. I have an intake and I plan to get my cat back in a week but outside of that what would be good to start next?

Would a turbo be worth looking into and if so where can I find a decent one? Or would u say change my headers or something else?

Get a tuner like the Bullydog GT first. Lower the car. then upgrade your braking and handling.

Rather than tell you what to do, I will tell you what I have and my thoughts on it. Then you can make your own decisions. If you have questions, feel free to ask and welcome! :wavey:

I have the takeda short ram intake and I made my own exhaust, which I will be redoing because apparently the mufflers I bought were crap (in Illinois they are rusting due to salt). Anyway, both of those made me really happy. I have eibach's as well. Those were nice just wish they were a tad lower, but great ride. Tinted my windows also, some people might not view that as a mod but I like it and was totally worth it to me. I also have the Nismo rear spoiler. Don't see too many of them around. But its nice and differentiates me from the countless other Altimas. I have a set of 18" rims I haven't even put on yet. But they are the stock 18" from the altima coupe SR. But I love all the mods I have done so far. I added foglamps too. I would focus more on the suspension and wheels, but that's me. Good luck!

Wouldn't do the turbo because I am not sure how the CVT will handle the extra power. Stillen makes some headers but I believe you have to weld in an O2 sensor. But whatever you do make sure you enjoy it. Its your ride.
